A Fall Wedding at Marlsgate Plantation | Zach &Jordan
Each page was filled with words written by her soon-to-be husband, and she smiled as she read them, knowing that the depth of their love couldn’t be accurately expressed on two pieces of notebook paper. Instead, it would be lived out in the moments to come, as the two of them stood before friends and family and promised to love each other, no matter what. Their love would be best expressed in the thousands of moments to follow - in the significant ones and in the daily routine as they learned how to live life together as husband and wife.
Jordan and Zach were married at Marlsgate Plantation in Scott, Arkansas and it honestly could not have been more perfect. The plantation was the perfect background for their classic, simple wedding and the reception was filled with some of the most beautiful flower arrangements I’ve ever seen. The weather was cool and overcast, which meant beautiful photographs all day long… then the sun peaked out for the last hour of the day, allowing for a few beautiful golden hour portraits and one of my favorite sunset photographs to date.
Jordan and Zach, thank you for trusting me every time I had a crazy idea or promised “just one more” photograph. Thank you for inviting us into your lives and allowing us to document the beginning of your legacy together. Lucas and I are so blessed to know both of you, and we wish you both a lifetime of happiness together as husband and wife.
