An Art Deco Inspired Wedding | Cari & Jake
Surrounded by her parents and four of the best ladies she knew, Cari made her way down a large stone bridge nestled in-between waterfalls and towering trees. The morning had been relaxed and stress-free, and somehow the moment she had been waiting for was already here. Soon, she would walk through the doors of the elaborate glass chapel in the distance, right up to the man she was confident she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. She would read her handwritten vows and listen to his, and in front of friends and family, together they would become husband and wife.
Cari and Jake’s Garvan Woodland Garden wedding was a beautiful day from start to finish. From Cari’s unique rose-hued ombre tulle dress to her bouquet decorated with olive branches, every detail was stunning and perfectly fit their personalities. But my favorite part about the entire day wasn’t the details, but the couple who truly made this day special. These two are some of the most wonderful people you’ll ever meet, and it was truly a joy to share in and document their wedding day. It was relaxed, stress-free, and perfectly paced, which meant we had lots of time to ensure their photographs were perfect. I love it when couples value portraits and give me plenty of their time on their wedding day, because it takes more than just a few minutes to create natural looking images. Cari and Jake were absolutely wonderful to work with, and I hope that their joy, love, and laughter are evident in these images.
Cari and Jake, thank you again for allowing me to share this day with you! I hope you’ve having a relaxing time on your honeymoon, and I hope you enjoy just a few of my favorite images from your day!!
