A Bentonville Arkansas Engagement Session | Taylor & Joe

It was the first time they had spent the weekend together in over a month, and it was so nice just to be in each other's presence again. The evening was special, but not out of the ordinary, as they ate dinner together and simply enjoyed each other's company. Had she known what was coming, Taylor might have chose something a bit more romantic than tacos, but she didn't. She had no idea that in just a few short hours, the walk that she and Joe would go on would be completely different than all of the walks they had been on before. Because this time, he would pull a beautiful ring out of his pocket and ask her to be his wife. It was a late night walk that would change their lives for the better, and a sweet, meaningful start of their journey towards marriage.

I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor and Joe over the weekend, and I had so much fun getting to know them better! About thirty minutes before we met at the Bentonville Square, clouds started rolling in, and although there was no rain on the forecast, it started sprinkling a bit just as our time together was beginning. Taylor asked if this had ever happened before (and it actually hadn't!), but luckily, the sprinkles only lasted for a few minutes before clearning up again. We drove through the worst of it on our way to Crystal Bridges, and because the weather was a bit uncooperative, it meant that we had one of the prettiest areas in northwest Arkansas to ourselves! I had such a wonderful evening with these two - they are an absolute pleasure to spend time with and just so much fun to be around!

Taylor and Joe, thank you for your trust and for allowing me to be a part of this season of your lives! Thank you for your positive attitudes through all that our crazy Arkansas weather threw at us, and I hope that you love these photographs from our time together as much as I do! :)
