A Springtime Engagement Session in a Field of Wildflowers | Clayton & Elora

It was a simple hello. A fateful introduction of two people whose lives happened to be thrown together simply because they had the same job. A thousand things could have kept them apart - kept them from meeting - but they didn’t. And so Clayton and Elora met, and their lives have never been the same since.

I love grand stories of two people who meet in extraordinary ways, but I also have such a soft spot for stories of two people who find each other simply. I believe that a thousand ordinary moments add up, slowly over time, to make an extraordinary life. An extraordinary love. A life and a legacy that’s worth being remembered and celebrated and cherished. And that’s what these two have.

A few days ago, I met up with Clayton and Elora for their northwest Arkansas engagement session, and explored the giant wildflower fields near Bella Vista. I had never been there before, and it was fun seeing yet another gorgeous area of this little corner of our state and spending time with these two. Their getting married SO soon, and I absolutely can not wait for their wedding!!

Clayton and Elora, thank you for spending the afternoon with me. Thank you for doing a little bit more walking than expected and for opening up your lives to me. I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite photographs from our time together, and I look forward to seeing you again SOON!!
