One of my greatest delights is photographing the evolution of two people in love over the years. It means the world when a couple chooses me to photograph their wedding and continue to trust me to document their lives as their family grows. I photographed Andrew and Tavikka’s wedding in 2014, and it was a pleasure to spend the morning with them at my downtown Rogers studio, catching up on life and photographing this new season of waiting and joy. Tavikka had her sweet baby boy just a week and a half after these portraits were taken, and it’s so special that they’re already able to look back on these portraits and remember what life felt like as they anticipated his arrival.
